""I recently completed a trip across America on my 2004 Roadglide. I had been experiencing some erratic behavior in Wyoming and finally took it to the Milwaukee Harley dealer. I called and spoke to the service rep. by the name of Rick Trombley. Long story short, his service dept. figured out the problem (a small hole in my fuel line inside the gas tank. It would run fine until the fuel level dropped in the tank and the hole would start sucking air causing my problem). I was treated with courtesy by a professional well trained staff. Rick kept me informed as to the status as the repairs were made. I was able to get back on the road and recently completed my 12,000 mile journey without further issues. Thanks guys.”
